The 2-Second Rule

Every stage boundary on the river requires the avatar to spend at least 2 seconds inside the stage's spatial boundary for the server to register the checkpoint. The Drop Grinder and Portal Conveyor both exploit this rule by deliberately slowing the avatar's cycle time to ensure every Black Wall pays out.

Drop Grinder (5,000–8,000 G/h)

The Drop Grinder uses a Spawn Catcher — typically a motorized spinning arm or angled funnel built into the player's plot — to physically push the avatar into a Portal upon respawn. The exit Portal hovers directly above the Black Wall of Stage Entrance at exactly 1,055 studs. The avatar falls through the boundary, registers the checkpoint, and immediately drops into the lethal water. This loop yields 5,000–8,000 Gold per hour on a standard account.

Portal Conveyor (16,000 G/h)

The Portal Conveyor scales output to the maximum by combining 4-22 Portals, multiple Jet Turbines, and thousands of high-durability blocks. The Trowel Tool's clone-while-active glitch supplies infinite fuel to thrusters. A continuous skybridge stretches over 9,700 studs across all 10 stages; a final Kill Portal teleports the avatar into the void to reset the loop. This is the canonical endgame architecture and earns 16,000 Gold per hour at the maximum multiplier.

Avoid the Instakill Trap

If a player uses a Portal to completely bypass all Black Walls and instantly touches the Treasure, the game registers an instant kill instead of a reward. At least one Black Wall or Stage Entrance must be touched per cycle for the run to validate.

Latency Buffer

Network ping and server latency artificially inflate physical cycle times. A stopwatch-measured 15-second cycle may register as 16.5 seconds on the server. The optimal AFK farm assumes minimal latency; high-ping players should add 1-2 seconds of buffer per cycle.
